Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as new drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days

  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
