At LXRY VOID, we want you to love what you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.


Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags and packaging are intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Please note that sale items, limited drops, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges within Australia (subject to stock availability).
International customers will need to cover return shipping costs.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@lxryvoid.com with your order number and the item you’d like to swap.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and LXRY VOID is not responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@lxryvoid.com with photos and your order details.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Ship your item using the provided return instructions.
